Cast iron frame
3 sets of massive frame resist deflection and reduce vibration.
8 hydro-dynamic bass bushings and 2 bearing crank supporting
The distance between supporting is short to resist deflective stress. Two bearings and eight hydro-dynamic brass bushings are applied to get smaller clearance. Better supporting, less power consumption.
Dynamic balanced counter weight
Counter balancer reserves weight of upper die to eliminate the inertia produced by reciprocation.
Dual flywheel and brake system
Two flywheels drive the crankshaft synchronized to prevent deformation. The torch of separated clutch & brake is big and braking time is less. Balanced load at two side to reduce wear of bearings.
4 plungers & gib guiding system
4 plungers isolate slide from front-to-back movement and bear up eccentric load. 8 square long guide gibs and linear bearings are applied to absorb the sideward thrust during stamping.
Slide quick lift system
Slide move up 70mm within 60sec to solve the tooling problem quickly (including die jammed). After trouble shooting, slide return to original shut height and BDC kept still.

Start Running at Constant Speed
Press starts cotinuous running. The maximum gap is 0.1mm.
The B.D.C. keeps stable after 30 minutes during running continuously.
Running at Stable Temp. & Constant Speed
After press temp. keeps stable, press keeps running and record the B.D.C positions of 1,000 stamping. The maximum gap is ± 0.005mm.
